I set-up a subforum at my forum www.half-halt.net/forum for the AWV under Association/Registry Show Grounds. I was wondering if I could hold events there for the verband?

Certainly! Once I get the site all the way finished we will hold our first inspections, after which the first shows can begin! Shows can be posted on your message board and we will link to your show from our board, or you may simply post them on our board. For records, results will be added to our board also. If you already have a classlist idea, post it here, since we don't have an official one as of yet, and I need to get on it!

Great! Well here's what I was thinking so far.
Halter 01. Filly Halter - 2yrs. and under 02. Mare Halter - 3yrs. and older 03. Colt Halter - 2yrs. and under 04. Stallion Halter - 3yrs. and older
05. Chestnut Halter 06. Bay/Brown Halter 07. Black Halter 08. Grey/White Halter
Dressage 01. Training Level 02. First Level 03. Seond Level 04. Third Level 05. Fourth Level 06. FEI Prix St. George 07. FEI Intermediate I 08. FEI Intermediate II 09. FEI Grand Prix 10. FEI Grand Prix Special 11. FEI Young Rider Test 12. FEI Junior Rider Test
13. First Level Musical Freestyle 14. Second Level Musical Freestyle 15. Third Level Musical Freestyle 16. Fourth Level Musical Freestyle 17. FEI Intermediate Freetyle 18. FEI Grand Prix Freestyle 19. FEI Young Rider Freestyle 20. FEI Junior Rider Freestyle
* You can also split the dressage levels into there individual tests and a few more YR/Jr test exists. I figured more could be added for the larger more prominate event. This is off the top of my head *
Some of you may argue why I didn't include intro level and a training level freestyle. Since we are striving for realism. In RL freestyles start at First Level and Introductory Level isn't recongized at all shows, therefore don't count towards USDF year end awards.

I think we will use your dressage classes I will get a halter class list together (it will go by year, not by color) and hunter jumper classes. We will also need an eventing guideline. Thanks so much!

Keep in mind that most of the shows would not include all classes, but would instead be focused towards horses of a specific dicipline (as long as we found enough people to host enough shows to make it all even, it would be great )

Novice Training Preliminary Intermediate Advanced CCI * 3-Day Event CCI ** 3-Day Event CCI *** 3-Day Event CCI **** 3-Day Event
The CCI star events would be the FEI classes for eventing.

Yep The eventing classes will have a few more classes because there will be Novice Dressage, Novice Cross Country Course and Novice Show Jumping course etc. with a grand champion @ each level.

I wouldn't mind hosting more of the H/J focused shows.

I could hold confirmation and dressage shows.

Sounds great you guys. I would love to see some specialized shows (like the H/J or Dressage) that would give our members some focus on where they want to take their horses in the showing ring. Go ahead and start posting shows! If you make them sometime after the next inspection, you should have more entries
